When one is outdoors, one finds images. When one is shooting still lifes indoors, one creates images.
I've been quite excited and intrigued by the technique of combining a "standard" photo image with a photo (or drawing) of a textured scene. It is new to me and I wished to try.
Of course there is a learning curve, what images are good for this; what textures work for me; how do I see images and scenes; the technical issues of photoshop?
This is attempt number three. The first, which I should put up, let's not be embarassed by our failures, or lesser successes, stymied me and I didn't try again for two to three weeks.
I've no idea what i'm doing, but I've bookmarked a number of you guys and gals that are doing it. I'me going to learn. Flickr is fantastic.
