Queen Anne's lace in a garden in the town of Shelburne on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Shelburne has strong Loyalist roots and interesting architecture dating from that time.

Two Generation of Flowers
I am on flickr from february 2008 (a dozen months or so), and just yesterday (April 16, 2009) I "celebrated" 100 000 total views to my photostream here

My favorite subjects are flower, macro, nature, landscape, portrait and candid.
I live in Bratislava, Slovakia with my wife and 4 children (not speaking about dog).

Bluebird
The male and female were going from tree to tree in the Collierville Wetlands of West Tennessee.
This Bluebird was photographed in a wetlands area in West Tennessee where there are about 60-65 birds species.
As for me, I've been a broadcaster and photographer for almost 40 years. Currently, I am an instructor and photographer at the University of Memphis.

Ophir Pass
it was the scariest 4X4 road I've ever been on. Especially meeting somebody coming down. There was barely half an inch between vehicles and the oncoming Jeeps had to climb the wall. The photo was taken just after I got into an area near the pass itself, where I had to get out and kiss the ground. This is at about 14,000 feet and it probably was a 6000 tumble to the ground. Call me chicken but I won't be doing this pass again.

young buck
Taken in the Flint Hills, Kansas -
I'd been taking pictures of the sunrise and was walking back across the road looking down adjusting settings on the camera thinking about taking some landscapes. When I looked up I was looking right into the eyes of this buck. Not sure which one of us was more surprised, but I was lucky enough to get one shot of him standing still.
