The photo depicts the reflecting pool in Arrowhead Canyon, a tributary of Coyote Gulch approximately 3.5 mi upcanyon from the Escalante River. I got down on my belly to get the camera as close to the waterline as possible. I took and cropped the photo to be a desktop and had no idea it would gain such popularity on Flickr.
